As Head of Group Engineering & Projects, Lim Kian Guan oversees the entire business operations for engineering and ensuring all projects are delivered in timely manner, quality standards and rationalized project costs. Additionally, he also assures the Group’s effective and efficient use of resources through continuous improvement practices and digitalisation programs.

Head of Mill Optimization Services, Projects & Engineering (Upstream)
Choo Seck Keong spearheads end-to-end upstream projects. With his vast experience in upstream palm processing, he also heads the mill optimisation section to provide technical engineering advices to customers.

Head of Project Engineering & Technical Services (Downstream)
Ir. Yong Chen Wei leads a team of professionals specialised in feasibility study, basic and detail engineering, construction management, master planning, process optimization and improvements.
